the location was great. it was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.. the staff were very friendly. breakfast was lovely.
the hallway on our floor was very dimly lit. the carpet was very dirty. there is a bar just outside and it was quite loud until very late.

I appreciated the hotel's decor. It had a unique, quirky charm. happy hour offered a lovely touch. the staff was helpful and kind, they always had a smile. underground parking was available, very convenient...

The reception staff was genuinely helpful. I completed check-in quickly. The hotel restaurant served tasty food. I enjoyed it!
The hallway on my floor had dim lighting. I noticed the carpet was quite dirty. The bar outside the hotel was very loud late into the night. It bothered me a lot.

Excellent Stay with Helpful Staff
helpful staff big bed
the staff were helpful and happy. the location was great and the breakfast was excellent. the bed was really big for tall people.
there were two issues with my stay. one, the bar outside the hotel is busy at night. there are people partying until 3am every night. the room was directly above it, and i could hear people outside all night long.

mediocre experience.
air conditioning street noise
the room was clean, i guess, that was something.
the air conditioning didn't work properly. it was either too cold or too hot. also, the noise from the street kept me awake half the nights, even though i requested a quiet room. i asked to get a room far from the street, but they said they didn't have any available.
